In business and family owned since June 1, 1965, Anchor Yacht Basin been providing top quality marine service as well as new and used boat sales to the entire Chesapeake Bay boating community for over five decades. The marina has 125 wet slips for boats ranging from 20 feet up to 80 feet, which are available for annual rental as well as transient usage. Current transient rates are $1.00 per foot LOA and either $8.00 per day for 30-amp, or $12.00 per day for 50-amp electric service, (transient rates subject to change without notice). All annual slips include fresh water and metered electric service.

Two 55' slips available, one with an 18' width and one with an 18.6 width and 6 foot depths. Both slips come with full length catwalks, metered either dual 30-amp or 50-amp electric service and fresh water. Both slips come with un-obstructed views of beautiful Selby Bay. Slip Price $4500 each.

 

In addition, there is a 48' x 16' slip available as well as many more slips ranging from the 36' to 25' lengths with varying widths also with metered dual 30-amp or 50-amp service including water.

 

Lift Slips:

 

There are two lift slips available,. One is up to 35', with a 20,000 LB maximum weight and is $3,500 per year.  Lift slips come with metered electric, fresh water and give you the ability to park near your boat.

 

The second lift slip is up to 35' with a 30,000 LB maximum weight, and is $4,000 per year. Lift slips come with metered electric, fresh water and give you the ability to park near your boat.

 

"D" dock slips, $3,100 per year, boats to 36'. D dock 36’ slips come with an instant $500 rebate for new slip holders.

 

“C” dock slips $2,500 per season,  for boats to 30',  C dock slips come with an instant $500 rebate for new slip holders.

 

There are small boat slips available for boats to 16' for $400 per year.
